Mercearia d'Alegria is a Boutique Bed & Breakfast located in a iconic property dated 1936.
Mercearia d'Alegria opened in 2016 after a total renovation of the property.
It was created to provide you an unique experience in a cosy environment of a historic place, revealing the history of Peniche through small details which combine the old and the new. To bring memories alive all our 9 bedrooms have distinctive details with this same concept of old and reused pieces with all the comfort and quality of our days.
Staying at our place is a guarantee of high-level accommodation with 100% cotton linen and complimentary toiletries, daily housekeeping, a freshly prepared breakfast by our staff, concierge services and free bikes. All included.

Indoors there is the living room with the reception and a balcony where you can spend some time reading a book or playing board games.
